This could only be accomplished, if you are seen by our doctor on regular basis and follow his/her instructions. No prescriptions could be called in or to be filled, if patient was not seen for more than three months by our prescribing physician or if appointments are repeatedly cancelled.
It is our policy to deny request for refills if these instructions are not followed. If you have any questions regarding these issues, please contact our office and make an appointment.
When refills are necessary, please contact your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacy will contact our office with the necessary information to approve the refill request.
Our office processes requests within 48 hours from the time the request is received. Requests for prescription refills are accepted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday only.
